New Features

Open locked objects

Use Case:

The ticket agent should be able to edit tickets even if a Self Service Portal user has opened them.

 

Implementation:

The tickets are no longer locked for the agent

Tickets are opened for the Self Service Portal user without an error message

A check is only carried out and the Self Service Portal user informed accordingly when a save action is performed

 

Favourites functionality in the shortcut bar

Use Case:

Users should be able to access their most frequently used functions quickly.

 

Implementation:

Introduction of the favourites functionality in the shortcut bar

Click on the star next to a function to add it to the ‘Favourites’ category in the shortcut bar. This is only visible if at least one view has been marked as a favourite.

To deselect a marked favourite, you can either click on the dark star next to the view in the ‘Favourites’ shortcut bar or in the regular tree.

 

Individual views have been renamed to provide a better overview:

Ticketing/Teams - Ticketing/Team Tickets

Ticketing/All - Ticketing/All Tickets

Ticketing/Escalated - Ticketing/Escalated Tickets

Ticketing/All Teams (Manager) - Ticketing/All Team-Tickets (Manager)

 

Tasks/Teams - Tasks/Team Tasks

Task/All - Tasks/All Tasks

Tasks/Completed - Tasks/Completed Tasks

 

Infinite Scrolling in the list view

Use Case:

The list views were wrapped in pages from a certain number.

 

Implementation:

Introduction of the feature "Infinite Scrolling"

List views are now displayed infinitely scrollable

 

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where the tasks from a ticket template were not executed after it was added to a ticket.

Fixed a bug where the counter for the number of items in the shopping basket in the Self Service Portal Shop did not increase after pressing the corresponding button.

Fixed a bug where incoming emails to a ticket change the status of the ticket.

Fixed a bug where the category is not pulled during mail processing.

A bug has been fixed where a script error occurred when accessing the personal settings in the administration settings.

A number of minor bug fixes and optimisations have been made.

Translations have been completed and improved in various places.
