Adjustments to the webforms
Use Case:
The forms required rework in order to make current and future adjustments possible.
Implementation:
▪We have reworked the form for "Tickets" in the ticket system and the self-service portal in this update to start with. Additional forms will follow over the next updates.
Approval process: Reason for rejection in mail template
Use Case:
If a reason for cancellation is given in an approval process, this should also be usable in the mail template.
Implementation:
▪The variable '$>(!Permissions)' has been added. This means that the cancellation reason information can now be used in the mail templates.
Bug Fixes
▪Fixed a problem with serial tasks where completed tasks were still displayed.
▪An error has been fixed where an approver could not see the questionnaire in an approval. This can now be opened by double clicking or single clicking on the appropriate button.
▪Fixed a bug that caused some tickets to be displayed twice under certain circumstances when switching views in tickets.
▪Various minor improvements and adjustments have been made.
