With the system, we deliver data records for public holidays, at least for Germany for the next 3-5 years.
You can use the "asterisk" icon on the right-hand side of the list to add any additional public holidays on which there are no working hours at your locations and which are to be excluded accordingly from an SLA calculation for tickets.
Afterwards, you can add the required holidays to individual calendars in the further function "Holiday calendar".
When creating a new holiday, the date, a name and optionally - in free text - a designation of the country or region for which this holiday is valid (only for your own information for the later assignment of a specific holiday calendar) and, optionally, a description text can be entered.
