This shortcut is only displayed to users with the Ticket Manager role and opens a ticket list grouped by all available teams and by ticket types. Additionally, some columns specifically relevant for the manager are shown (SLA time targets, total effort, reference list of time entries and approvals). View: "All tickets by teams (manager)".
