Standard Features

This chapter describes all standard functionalities of the individual processes within the system. The structure of the chapters is based on the shortcut bar, which divides the system into the corresponding navigation areas.

 

The access to these functions is defined by the administrator via the basic authorization groups or roles.

 

If a special authorization is required for viewing (read access) or using individual functions or content, this is described in the respective chapter.

 

Basically, the described content refers to the role of the manager or service desk employee (user groups: ticket manager or ticket user).

 

Users in these roles create, edit, and monitor tickets, handle tasks that need to be completed to resolve a ticket or are generally within the scope of the department, and maintain the asset management database and other auxiliary data.
