Asset Management combines the areas Asset DB (with Asset Management, Asset Stock, Asset Archive) as well as SLA Contracts. The user can search for information in this database as desired and also edit entries according to his/her authorizations.

 

As a rule, the contents of Asset Management are accessed during ticketing and when completing tasks, unless the user is directly responsible for managing the Asset DB.
