This shortcut switches to a tab of a filtered ticket list: All tickets that are in the "Completed" state will be displayed.

 

The default view used is "All tickets grouped". The view is grouped by ticket type; incl. display of the solution description as preview line. The sorting per group is descending and starts with the oldest tickets (creation date).
