The working hours allow you to define exact daily working hours.
Here, you define all working times that occur in your organization.
The purpose is to combine all working times to working time calendars, which are valid e.g. for an SLA contract. Only these working times will be used to calculate SLA times.
The "asterisk" button on the right edge of the list adds a new working time.
In the working times, up to five periods can be defined per day.
