For the trial access, the following demo user roles are available on a trial basis.
•Administrator: Access in the role of an administrator
•End user: Access as "customer" via the Self-Service Portal
•Service desk employee (user):Access as a normal agent, service employee or ticket processor
•Manager: Access like a service desk employee with extended user rights
With our registration e-mail, you will receive an individual link and password for each of the user roles. These cannot be changed, so please save the e-mail with which you received your access data well. If you do not find the e-mail or you have deleted it, please contact us directly .
Note: Any of the described roles can be used only once at the same time. It is not possible to log in as more than one person with the same role. If you need a different test scenario, please contact us. We will be happy to advise you on other possibilities. |
