You will receive access to a free baramundi ticketing system test account via our sales department.
The environment is available exclusively for your tests. So you can enter data as you like and create tickets, close them, etc.
At the end of the test period, the demo system is automatically reset to the original state and all the data you entered is deleted.
In the test access, all functions can be used, except for the interfaces, as these are deactivated by default. This means that you cannot activate report exports, perform AD integration, live integration of your baramundi Management Suite or link e-mail accounts. Note: The test access does not always correspond to a comparable productive system in terms of system availability and performance. Performance fluctuations may occur due to many testers accessing the system in parallel. In addition, unannounced maintenance work may take place, during which the system is briefly unavailable or only available to a limited extent. We try to keep the restrictions as low as possible.
