The test access already contains demo data so that you can find a filled "living" system. The demo data included are only intended to be examples. They have no claim to be useful and are in no way intended for productive use. This applies in particular to sample entries in the knowledge base or other solution descriptions and instructions.

Since you are using a test account exclusively, your own entered data will be retained for the entire test period. However, the storage capacity of the test access database is limited, so uploading files, e.g. ticket attachments, is only possible to a limited extent.

By using the test environment provided,baramundi Software AG receives your consent to store the data collected therein for the duration of the test period. baramundi Software AG assumes no responsibility for the data collected or already contained in the test environment. After the end of the test period, the data stored during the tests will be automatically deleted or anonymized in the course of a reset of the test environment in compliance with the applicable legislation.

The data you enter will not be viewed or used in any form. For support purposes, we only evaluate the performance and number/duration of log operations anonymously.
