The e-mail inbox is the central location for all e-mails sent to or from e-mail inboxes that the administrator has connected. The mailbox is stored in its own shortcut group and includes inbox, outbox, and inbox archive.
The e-mail inbox can be viewed and edited by all users of the Ticket User or Ticket Manager group. All e-mails about all connected mailboxes can be viewed here, as long as the user is allowed to see them via his group permission. E-mails related to tickets that the user is not allowed to see due to his missing group affiliation are also not visible.
