You can attach new files of any type to a form object at any time using the "Add..." button in the attachments area. This is also possible via drag & drop, i.e. you can also add a file directly to a form by dragging the file to be attached over the attachments area in the form while holding down the left mouse button and dropping it there (releasing the mouse button).
Note: You can drop an attachment only through the attachments area. If you perform this function elsewhere in the form, a browser action is performed depending on the file type and browser (e.g. the file is opened in the browser). This may replace the current system window, depending on browser settings. In addition, not all file types are "drag and drop" capable in every browser. This is prevented by the different security concepts of individual browsers, in some cases. |
