Keyboard Operation and Shortcuts

Throughout the system, most elements and the navigation can be operated directly with the keyboard. In addition, it is possible to perform certain actions with a keyboard shortcut.

The operation via the keyboard enables a faster working method for many editing steps, but in principle it depends on the working method of the respective user.

 

In the following, we have compiled an overview of the most important keyboard shortcuts and functions of keyboard operation:

Individual keyboard shortcuts work differently depending on the browser you are using. The browser-specific shortcuts may also change depending on the browser version.

Navigate down in a list

Open menu/list of a drop-down menu or reference field

Navigate up in a list

Hold  [Strg] + Select objects in the list

Select multiple objects in lists

Hold [Shift] + Select 1 object in the list

All objects between the current and the newly selected object are selected

[Strg] + a

Select all entries in the current object list
