In the "My Data" area, the end user gets access to the personal content and tickets.
•My Tickets: opens an overview of all tickets of the end user. This includes tickets that concern the end user, as well as tickets that have been reported by the end user for other persons and are not yet closed. Each ticket can be opened by double-clicking on it or by clicking the "Open" button after marking it. The end user receives information about the state as well as the solutions and can communicate with the ticket editor via the comment field.
In the "Completion" state, the user can confirm the final resolution of a ticket and set the ticket to "Completed".
The ticket form contains the following information and functions:
oState of the ticket
oInformation about the reporting and affected person of the ticket
oDescription of the ticket
oTicket attachments
oCreation of a new message for the ticket editor (including the possibility to upload a new attachment)
oOverview of old messages with the possibility to reply to a previous message
oIn the "Completed" state, the ticket completion can be confirmed, or it can be contradicted
oIn the "New" state, the user can withdraw a ticket ("Withdraw ticket" button), if a ticket was opened by mistake.
•My Products and Services: Here, the end user gets an overview of all IT hardware and software products or other assets and services that are personally assigned to him/her. Additional available attributes can be displayed. A new incident ticket can be created for a selected list entry directly on an asset using the button to the right of the list.
•My Approvals: All currently open approvals that are still to be decided by the end user are displayed. Old approvals of the end user can also be viewed via a filter above the list. In order to grant or deny an approval, a corresponding button can be pressed in the respective object or selected entries can be approved quickly using the "APPROVE" button.
