As a purely web-based application, you need nothing more than a standard internet browser to access the system.
We test with current versions of Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. With Microsoft Edge, several graphical elements currently do not work or do not work properly. We recommend accessing via Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox in order to get the best system performance. In general, the behavior of some detail features may vary depending on the browser and browser version you are using. If your browser has an undesirable behavior when using the system, apply one of the other mentioned browsers, if necessary.
The URLs for accessing the system are assigned individually for the standard user roles for a test or the customer access and are provided via e-mail by our customer team.

Note on mobile use: The system is also mobile-oriented for user access (not for self-service portal access, this will be supported in a later release), with the exception of some graphically oriented display such as the timelines/calendar views. The content is automatically adapted for use on smaller screens, e.g. smartphones, and the menus and operation are adapted accordingly.
