The “Export” section allows you to export important system data in a predefined CSV format. The exported files can be used directly in Microsoft Excel.
Exports can be performed at any time. To do so, select one or more data ranges and start the process by clicking the “Execute Export” button.
Each data export contains all essential fields of the respective system area as separate columns. For tickets, tasks, and assets, completed or archived objects are also exported.
Once the export is complete, the result is saved in the export history. The current status of the export is displayed in the description field of the respective file.
By clicking on the file name, you can download the export file to your local computer and then use it as you wish.

Note: Depending on the amount of data, the export process may take several minutes. |

Advanced data export (JSON including attachments)
In addition to the standard export, a complete data export in JSON format, including all associated attachments, is available upon request.
This export is performed by the manufacturer and is particularly suitable for comprehensive data backups, system migrations, or the provision of complete archive data.

Note: Depending on the volume of data, exporting all data—including attachments—can consume significant system resources and affect system performance over an extended period of time. For this reason, exports are performed exclusively outside of regular business hours, typically in the evening or at night.
Since generating, processing, and providing this export involves additional work, there is a fee for this service, and it is provided on a case-by-case basis.
