The Reporting Interface module allows you to retrieve, analyze, visualize, or further process all data recorded in the system via a REST web service from external third-party systems. The data is provided in JSON format.
Access to the interface is secured via HTTPS and is based on a token-based authentication process in combination with your unique customer and instance numbers. This ensures that only authorized systems can access the provided data.
The access token can be renewed at any time, for example, if there is suspicion that it has been shared without authorization.

For Microsoft Power BI, we also provide a pre-built template for a Microsoft Power BI report based on the existing data model. This template can access the reporting interface directly and be used as a basis for custom analyses and visualizations.
