The reporting interface can be used to retrieve all captured data in the existing data model via a REST web service from any third-party system, in order to evaluate it there, to visualize it or to process it further. The REST web service accesses the data in JSON format.
A token procedure in combination with your individual customer and instance number enables the data to be accessed securely using https and cannot be accessed by third parties.
If you fear that the token has been passed on internally without authorization, you can renew the token at any time. Please remember: as soon as you reset the token, you must exchange this parameter again in all systems that access the interface.
If you use the Microsoft Power BI product for evaluations and visualizations, we provide a template for a Microsoft Power BI report based on the existing data model, which can call up data via this interface.
