Cost centers currently only have informational character in the system and are not yet actively used in any process.
If required, they can be created manually or be imported.
Cost centers can be deleted if there is no ticket reference.
Cost centers must have a title and be assigned to an organizational unit.
Furthermore, a cost center manager can be defined and locations and persons can be assigned.
