(KPI-)managers and administrators can display the KPI Monitor and the KPI Monitor SLA.


The KPI monitor summarises the most important service management metrics as key performance indicators (KPIs) from a predefined library on a single page.
Clicking on the drilldown icon at the top right of the KPI cards allows you to jump to the underlying data for the selected segment. The result is displayed as a pre-filtered list (e.g. ticket list). Note: KPI cards without a ‘drilldown’ icon do not allow you to open the underlying data.
The KPI library (see Systemadministration) is regularly expanded with new versions to include additional KPIs.
The KPI Monitor can be accessed directly from the icon bar.

The KPI Monitor SLA can be opened via a corresponding button in the general KPI Monitor. Note: Since the KPI Monitor SLA provides ‘SLA-specific’ information and not all systems make full use of SLAs, this KPI Monitor is not global, but can only be accessed via the general KPI Monitor.
