The manager and the administrator are shown the KPI monitor as an additional cockpit.
In the KPI Monitor, the most important service management key figures are displayed as "key performance indicators" (KPIs), summarized on one page. Administrators can make the desired KPIs available to individual users from a predefined library and rename them individually.
The display type, size, order and color scheme can be customized by the administrator.
As a manager, you can navigate to the underlying data material of the selected segment for pie charts and bar charts by double-clicking. The result is displayed as a correspondingly pre-filtered list (e.g. ticket list).
The KPI Library (see system administration) is regularly extended with new versions to include additional KPIs.
