The ticket section for planning is only used for tickets of the type "Change" and "Release" and serves to summarize planning-relevant information.
The section has the following fields:
•Total planned effort (h): Text field for recording planned effort for the implementation of the ticket
•Total booked effort (h): Displays the total of all time entries booked on the ticket
•Implementation from/to (mandatory field starting from state classification): Time period in which the implementation of the ticket is planned
•Determine Release Contents (ticket type "Release" only): copies all affected assets and existing attachments from the assigned child tickets to the current ticket
These fields are purely for documentation or later evaluation of planning and have no direct dependencies on the planning of actual tasks or SLAs.
