The ticketing form is structured the same way for each ticket type, with only a few different special functions/contents. This facilitates processing when jumping between different ticket types. When creating a new ticket, the form structure deviates for an efficient entry according to the common order and only for the basic required information. Depending on the ticket type, different fields and functions are displayed, some of which have been enabled or disabled by the administrator. In the following descriptions, all available functions are always displayed.
