Via this shortcut, you switch to a tab that displays your tickets in a ticket list and performs the following filtering: All tickets that are not in the "Completed" state and in which you are entered as the responsible user will be displayed.
The default view used is "My tickets". A list is displayed with a default sorting of the tickets according to the next SLA time target (descending, most urgent first) for the time target "Recovery".
