Ticketing Shortcut "Team Tickets"

Via this shortcut you switch to a tab that displays tickets of your teams as a ticket list, and performs the following filtering: All tickets are displayed that are not in the "Closed" state and where your user is assigned to the teams/groups responsible for the ticket.

 

The default view used is "Team: All tickets". A list grouped by responsible teams to which the current user assigned is displayed with a default sorting of tickets by the next SLA time goal (descending, most urgent first). The time goal "Recovery" is decisive for the sorting.
